Educating K-12 students in Northern Indiana, Rochester Community Schools manages 4 campuses in Fulton County and serves over 1750 students along with 230 faculty and staff. - The Problem - The Solution - Like most growing schools, Rochester’s infrastructure was in need of an upgrade. An undependable system was causing unexpected outages and unwieldy storage was diverting the IT staff from necessary tasks. These problems were threatening the teachers’ ability to educate students, and Rochester Community Schools called upon information technology support from Matrix Integration to fix the problem.   - Not only were Matrix Integration technology advisors able to implement a new system and an improved storage solution, but they did it while class was in session with no downtime. Students and teachers were able to use the system as if nothing was happening while the upgrade was being performed.
