In the last year or so, we’ve worked with clients to come up with a solution to minimize downtime, as well as the costs associated with getting back up to speed in an emergency. We call this plan our Proactive Support & Consulting Agreement.
The agreement is designed to be flexible. We can support large, medium and small network environments specifically for clients who own their computing infrastructure but need skilled technicians to monitor and maintain their network equipment. This agreement fits well into hosted environments as well.
Here’s how we work with you under this agreement:
Matrix provides on-call assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
We set costs at a fixed, monthly rate based upon your specific needs & requirements
Routine scheduled services are part of the agreement, including remote monitoring, periodic onsite visits by our technical staff, formal weekly or monthly status reporting, priority in-service scheduling
We understand every client is unique. We work with you to customize services based on your specific business needs and requirements.
If and when a crisis occurs, not only can we help minimize your downtime and its economic impact, but you’ll be ready budget-wise. Our agreement provides a mechanism to keep both damage and costs to an absolute minimum.
Our Highest Level of IT Support
Clients who choose the Proactive Support & Consulting Agreement tell us that it gives them peace of mind. They regularly see our engineers coming to their offices to conduct physical inspections of servers and communications equipment, perform server hardware maintenance, apply patches and system upgrades, verify back-ups, ensure tape rotation (or successful electronic backups), and generally check up on anything we’ve agreed upon.
